Independence
People who are blind or have low vision have the skills, supports and choices to manage daily life, move safely, access information, and live as independently as they choose.
Confidence
People who are blind or have low vision have the capability, self belief and emotional wellbeing to navigate change, make decisions, and participate fully in their life.
Connection
People who are blind or have low vision experience meaningful connection and belonging in their local community, relationships, work and society, with barriers reduced through inclusion, opportunities and partnerships.
